The Program Manager supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of Pillars culture change programs (recently featured in Variety) as well as the development of new Pillars initiatives. This involves day-to-day project oversight and management of administrative systems that support program work. The Program Manager reports to the Managing Director of Culture Change and works closely with the President and the rest of the Pillars team. This is an exciting time to work with the small team at Pillars and create opportunities for individual and organizational growth.
The Program Associate provides critical management support for Pillars Fund’s expanding grantmaking and fundraising work. This person is responsible for executing the administrative aspects of our outgoing grants and fellowships as well as coordinating aspects of our incoming donations. This is an opportunity to gain unique insights into the nonprofit and philanthropic sector and to work alongside a supportive and high-energy team. The Program Associate works cross-functionally with the Program Managers and Managing Director and is part of a team that reports to the Vice President of Programs.
